Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
We ship to the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days depending on your location and the product. Most orders arrive within 10–15 days.

Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Every order receives a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee of $4.99.

Orders & Returns

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, your order has likely been processed and we cannot cancel it.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us at getpawcraft@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at getpawcraft@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost.

Are your products safe for dogs?
Yes. Every product in our store is selected for safety, quality, and durability. We only sell products we'd use on our own dogs.

What sizes are available?
Most of our products come in multiple sizes. Check the product page for the full size guide before ordering.
